How this is measured
The shaded area is the open corpus, our public test strategies; the line at its edge counts those graded excellent, as the engine README stated both at each commit that changed them.

Founder
PineForge is led by Hao-Liang Wen and has two products running today. Neither ranks strategies, holds funds or tells anyone what to buy.
Hao-Liang Wen: Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering at National Taiwan University; SCI publications, patents and years of HPC and scientific-computing work; earlier, RAG, agent and multi-tenant AI systems for enterprise teams. PineForge and the 4pass execution stack are built with an AI-augmented workflow.

PineForge is the public proof layer for strategy research: reproducible backtests, the open parity corpus, a server where your AI assistant can run backtests, and local Docker images. 4pass is a production platform that connects TradingView-style alerts to broker execution through isolated worker infrastructure. Next is Studio, one account workspace for research, data, compute and optimization.
